Monica Kim: Previous versions have been fine on my Sony Xperia z2 but now can't get past the first page where you hit continue. I get a nonsense error: Registration failed. Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1. Only thing to do is Ok the error then hit Continue again and repeat. Tried uninstalling and installing again. Doesn't help. Disappointing you haven't tested properly Translink.

Shaylee Rafter: Hi, I've used this app for years and never had an issue until I swapped from a Samsung to a Sony Xperia z5 and now the app only gets to the first page and won't let me select locations or enter stations. It's very frustrating and unfortunate as I up until now it had been rather good.

Adam Torlach: Useful but lacks features This app really helps with planning travel around Brisbane and generally accurate. However there are some annoying things like when looking at timetables you should just be able to swipe across to look at later/earlier services instead of scrolling to the top of the page and pressing a button. Also providing a link to go card would be useful. Lastly after planning a journey if you press back it removes details and you have to put it all in again.

Wilson Horne: Great application and recent ui update was a definite improvement. To improve the application I would allow the user to save their recent searches in the journey planner. I believe these dissapear after a period of time? It would be good if they could be saved to streamline future searches for the same journey.

Alice Hardy: Highly recommended the GoBrisbane app over this. This is just the same as the website but in app form. Alternative transport apps offer much handier features like pre-determined trips you can save, this just saves whole timetables. If you don't know the line you need you have to go to seperate page or out the app to work that out. With any NFC integration or ability to save specific routes there just no reason why you would need this app.

Jackson Higgins: It work but isn't great I reckon it's just missing some features that are in alot of other transport apps. I feature I would like to see is the ability to scan your gocard using NFC to check your balance like you can do with the opal app from NSW

Jay Watson: I really like this app but I have one major gripe and that is that the previously used routes list that is part of the Journey Planner has a very short history and the oldest ones seems to drop off the list. I would like this list size to be configurable rather than constantly having to retype them. Also, it would be nice if the most recent journey history was also maintained such that startpoint/endpoint and time/date parameters automatically appear each time the app is loaded or at least that this behaviour was configurable.

Melody Rose Tait-Fischer: The app itself is great. A few issues, but nothing that hasn't already noted by other users. GO Card intergration one of them, but security comes first. Much prefer this over other Map Apps that do the same. Would reccomend to anyone.

Kritta Kitty: App worked ok until recently, now the 'outbound' tab for bus services refuses to load, which means I cant see any timetable information on services leaving the city at all. Inbound still works fine strangely enough. A re-install and update of the app failed to fix this issue for me.

Jon Logan: Since an update recently the search locations don't work properly, so you have to use an address that's nearby your start and end locations. Hence why I have rated this with only 3 stars. Before I could just search and it worked all the time.

Michael Stephens: Just downloaded onto new galaxy s7 edge but when I hit register it says registration failed at root level. Line 1 position 1. How do I fix this? Thank you for responding. It was the time settings, I didn't have it set by network. All is working fine now. Thanks.

courtney abood: This application is a great start! Just a few things that would make if great. Ability to save trip plans for easy access during your journey if you need change trains or buses. Add in Go Card information such as balance, history and ability to upload more funds to the card. Alerts for issues and works on the favourite train lines and bus routes. This application is meant for ease of travel. At the moment to does what a website can do.

Tonia Scholes: You can get GPS tracking on a pizza but not public transport. I have waited over an hour for buses today. Ap says ive missed it by seconds BS!! Went to a different stop another bus said it arrived when it didn't. Asked driver and couldnt even tell me what time his bus was meant to be. Absolute joke!!!

Dan Phillips: Very useful, but it has many rough edges. For instance the Journey Planner sometimes tells me about journeys in the past, which is not helpful, and I can't get it to update with new info. I wonder if the people who created this app actually use it themselves.

John Doe: Its buggy as hell and i cant seem to save favourite journeys. Exits out and doesnt remember what i was doing at the time. Assumes i know where the hell all the bus stops etc are. NOT very good for people new to the area.

Brian Appleford: Hard to follow. Almost no useful off line information. No way to download timetables for off line use. Limited information on altered or cancelled services. No obvious way of deleting selected services.

Alberto Nunez: New fonts too small can't read bus numbers Why on earth did you make the bus numbers so small ?? Why do you grey out page when you do an update. Obviously none of the designers has taken the app onto a platform and tried to read it in a sunny day. I can't understand why you would make this app so difficult to use. See your 2nd screenshot? That's how it should be! Also so much for calling me back!

Jabin Hutchinson: Quite handy, although the "push alert times" feature needs to be able to split into 2 time ranges. I only want alerts when I'm heading to & from work... getting a loud alert at lunch time about traffic delays (when I don't need to catch a train/bus) isn't that helpful. Currently the app doesn't support 2 time ranges, so I have to set a ~14 hour range that covers most of the day.

Lachlan g: Worked perfectly until about 5 days ago. Suddenly the journey planner is completely broken, constantly giving error messages. Does not work at all anymore

Birgit Willadsen: Terrible. It used to work but hasn't for a couple of months now. Just says there are no journeys for routes that you know are possible. Just useless.

Granville Westecott: Does not work - uninstalling Not only does this app not work, all I get are the landing pages, but very worrying that requires access to device history and other personal info.

Jake Young: The live tracking doesn't always work, particularly for trains. Platform changes seem to confuse it.

Monique Roosen: The latest update does not allow you to use the Journey Planner to find a journey from one location to another. Please fix! The error that comes up is: Sorry, there was a problem planning your journey. A journey between those locations could not be found.

bannanaf33: It was working fine and then all of sudden I couldn't use the journey planner....first I thought it might be because the app was not updated bt I checked on app store and there is no update. I seriously dont know what is wrong with my app bt I cannot use journey planner and it's really uncomfortable!!!!!!

Player 1: Terrible app.. constantly incorrect. Truley alful. Brisbane need an app from the developer that makes Tripview Sydney- that is a wonderful Publoc transport tool.

Greg Perry: Poor app, supporting Australia's most pathetic bus service. Schedule times would be more accurate rounded to the nearest hour!

Jessica Gibbs: I've used it once successfully, but now it force closes whenever I try to open it. Incredibly frustrating.

Pup Tiny: I feel like this app could be much better if more features were added and if it was a little easier to use, I found it a bit confusing. The moble website is much easier and faster to use.

Alf Quick: Consistently can find a station one day and not the next. It really irritates me.

Ross Gillett: App is ok except the service alerts. Shorncliff trains were canceled today due to lines down, but no app notification. However I've been getting alerts for that service at other times, but for travel times that I'm not interested in. Can you please look at customising your service alerts a bit better?

Mark Woodrow: Worthless app that tells you your train is delayed, but only an hour after it was due. Thanks for nothing! Don't bother installing, it just spams train delay notifications (it's the only communication you ever get from this company - failure after failure)!!!

Alan Reeves: What???????? We have bus and train timetables in complete disarray.... even on a Sat afternoon.... can't get a train to run on time.... this app only works when it wants to.... and slowly. And what about the old app? Why wasn't I told about the new app via the old app?

Tom Henderson: Worked on HTC but won't install on OPPO This was a great app on my HTC but changed to an OPPO R9 and it won't install. Shame.

Greg: Worst app I've had the pleasure of installing. Nothing works

Teah Peni: Have been using this app for years.. all of a sudden the planner no longer works. It loads like a version of Windows 95 and the shows content text errors. Can no longer use app to check journey planner on a Galaxy S7

Mark Dancer: Only a government could produce something as clueless as this app. Search for one suburb, get a list for a suburb kilometres away. Continually loses filters. Time selection is a list of every possible time of day. I thought the iPhone version was bad, but this plumbs new depths of incompetence.

Janine P: Rarely updated, been caught out numerous occasions sprinting to make it only to find its delayed 10-15minutes with no update and on one occassion missing daycare

: I recently changed to an Android phone and when I try and search a specific service, it doesn't search. I would have to scroll all the way down to click on the service and that's really annoying and takes a long time.

: What is the frickin point of this app? I'm waiting for a bus in Caboolture at 3pm like the app told me to and they're all schools only buses. Why list them as TransLink services in the app as part of my journey planner??? Wasted my time.

: So here's the problem. It shows me a list of train lines, but not stations. I'm not from QLD and wanted to find a train from Brisbane to the sunshine coast. It seems Google maps is more accomidating
