ProDo helps users to create and effectively manage their To Do lists.
Features:
- Simplicity and ease of use! We tried to make to do list intuitive
and minimize the number of actions required to create and to manage to do
tasks.
- Select any of 3 themes. Make your to do list look the way you like.
- Synchronization with Google tasks (OAuth technology is used -
you will not have to tell the application your password). Smart algorithms effectively syncs your to do list with Google tasks.
- Create to do items not only with keyboard but also with a help of
your microphone. Create To do tasks with one click.
- Support of multiple to do lists. ProDo can manage multiple To do lists with multiple to do items.
- Extended properties of to do items (Notes, Priority of a To do, Due date etc..).
- ProDo has a built-in time tracker to know how much time is spent on a
certain to do task.
- Alarms for To do items. ProDo supports notifications for individual to do items.
- Minimal system requirements for the application (ProDo needs
the Internet access to sync with Google Tasks and check for To do updates).
- Various customization options allow to "fit" To do manager for yourself.

It allows me to break down my workload into smaller, more manageable tasks. It's fantastic!<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Artis Mules:</span> Sync Issues This is a beautiful app with a great widget, but I agree with others here that it still has issues syncing with Google Tasks and with its own widget. It also really needs a way to share and receive text to/from other apps. I had to retype everything in order to get my lists into another app when the syncing issues became problematic. I hope it gets fixed. This looks like it has a lot of potential.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Ninth Man:</span> Great App Nice Interface and works well. Once I clicked reorder after that even when i reverted it did not list tasks in the order of priority. Would it be possible to have an option to save tasks and select them from a list? If it deletes a list when you create one too many lists, it really should give a warning dialog. Also, I rarely but occasionally run into a problem where a task will get subtasked accidentally, and keeps moving back after I fix it. This is the only todo list I could find that fit my needs (manually organizable list widget). Right now I have two issues: 1- Items checked as done do not disappear until I manually delete them. This requires a bunch of extra taps every time and is super annoying (there's a setting for this, but it doesn't work, bug maybe?) And 2 - There's no check box to mark something done on the widget! Really? Despite all the bells and whistles available, they forgot one of the most key features of a 'todo' list? Yes.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Sean Piercy:</span> Has a ton of potential, but when I restore my tasks from the cloud or try and sync them between devices, all of the priorities are reset to medium. I ultimately decided to abandon the app after no response or fix for this major bug after waiting for a year...<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Kassandra Personett:</span> Very easy to use. It allows you to enter as much text as you like with no obvious limits so far. You can weight the lists you create so that they are in the order you want them in. And you can easily edit the text in the reminder and move the reminder between lists. Pretty much perfect. All it needs is a more attractive desktop icon and it will be a massive hit I'm sure.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">aib T:</span> Great app It would be nice to add. So far the app does more in a logical fashion then all the other apps combined. Entering subtasks is easy and efficient and you can choose to see them or not on the same page with the task via the drop down arrow. One of the few apps I would actually pay for.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Thomas Tweedie:</span> Best List App! This is an easy to use, intuitive app with great features. Allows you to add sub-tasks; allows for addition of details under each task and an alarm for each item. Create as many separate lists as you like. Of all the list apps I've tried, this one has not crashed and is the easiest to use. Just a wonderful tool!<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Dionisis Falireas:</span> Very good app! One suggestion only! Excellent app and is in my top 2 apps for project management. However I have a question. The "show completed tasks" option affects only the widget. But when you are inside the app, the completed tasks are still shown even though you may have disabled them. How can I hide the completed tasks, not only from the widget but from appearing inside the app, as well? Why doesn't this option exist? Currently I am forced to delete one by one and by hand every, task that is completed, in order to stop showing.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">A Google User:</span> Not compact view enough to be able to use tasks as my day or week plan. Difficult to move tasks to another folder.I prefer Onotes app for planning.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">M Yamada:</span> Flexible Subtasks - Recommended. I've tried over a dozen to-do apps including Wunderlist, Any.do, Todoist, Gtasks, etc. I was looking for a flexible app which allows customizable subtasks in an outline format and this fits my needs the best. I like how you can nest subtasks in more than two tiers for larger projects. An option to toggle [hide completed tasks] and [display time spent] in addition to various sort options are helpful features.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Ricardo Diaz:</span> So efficient So efficient and easy to use. I can have to do lists for different areas of life (personal, school, work, ministry, groceries, etc.) Super easy to use and very responding. If you enjoy checking items off of your lists, you will like the feeling of checkmarks in this app. I would give 5 stars but it can improve appearance. Appearance is good, but it could be great.<br /><br />
