When the order came in it was butchered beyond belief. Half the order didn't come, the ones that did were the wrong scents. It's been a nightmare. We have upset friends and family that paid for candles that either didn't receive them or got the wrong scents and sizes. I'm having a hard time trying to find out who to contact and get a copy of the order that was actually submitted. What I really want to order is not available online but it is available through this app which is giving so much problems. Also, after this app was installed, my phone would get really hot even in sleep mode. Uninstalling this app stopped the overheating.
