This App can help you guess the time by the moon.
For example:
Full Moon - Rise in SunSet ,high in the sky at midnight and set in SunRise .
First Quarter - Rise in Noon ,high in the sky at SunSet and set in Midnight .
Last Quarter - Rise in Midnight ,high in the sky at SunRise and set in Noon .
So if the moon is full and between Rise and high in the sky (6 hours) - the hour will be around 21:00.
The Hour that guessed is not accurate at all .
Also you should take consider time zone and saving daylight according to your area .
But it is fun to impress your friend and look at the sky as a giant clock :)
